The following poem was written by a friend of Craig's

My Friend

A year has passsed since he left me,
A year of heartache that I have felt empty.

Although I only knew him for a short while,
Being with Craig you were guarenteed to smile.

I think about him often, the impact he made on me,
I can't even begin to explain his generosity to others that I was lucky enough to see.

I think when we met it was a perfect match, Craig with his easy going style,
Craig was the good cop and I was the bad, he would just listen to me and continue to smile.

He started out as a young man working hard to prosper and grow,
Of course he had a great family supporting him, what other way could it go.

He worked hard to make a great name for himself so he could relax when he got old.
Taking pride in everything he did, when he touched it he turned it into gold.

He never talked about business with his family you see,
He chose to keep business and personal cmpletely separate, even with me.

I miss him and constantly tell others of how great he really was.
He is probably listening and smiling down on each of us.

He loved his Mom and Dad there was no doubt,
And with a sister like Kelly who wouldn't want to let that out.

But he didn't, he would only tell me a few things along the way
He would call and check in and tell me, "this is my Zach day."

Craig, if you're listening and I know you are,
You are truely missed and will shine forever in our hearts like the brightest star.
